- K-Experience is an all-in-one booking platform for K-culture trips to Korea. You can discover, customize and reserve K-Beauty treatments, K-Health checkups and K-POP experiences in Seoul, then pay securely online.
- Which experiences can I book?
- We offer curated all-in-one packages across three pillars: K-Beauty (skin and beauty treatments), K-Health (premium health checkups) and K-POP / K-STAR experiences. Each package is customizable with add-ons and guest count.
- Is K-Experience available in English?
- Yes. The platform is fully available in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese, so international visitors can browse, customize and book in their own language.
- How do I pay?
- International guests can pay by PayPal (cards supported); Korean guests can pay by domestic card. Prices are shown in your local currency using live exchange rates.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancel 14 or more days before your experience date for a 100% refund. Cancel 7–13 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations 6 days or fewer before the date are non-refundable.
- Do I need a separate app or account with a Korean phone number?
- No. You can book entirely online from overseas — no Korean phone number and no extra app required. Live chat support is available for international guests.
